You are only paid 50% of your actual pay and then you have to come up with the remaining about of your insurance, which equals 50% of your pay.
I have not taken maternity leave but they comply and offer generous benefits to employees adhering to the law and granting flexibility for many cases.
I never took it. Two friends did. Two months each.
Company gives up to 12 weeks but only payout what is available to you on your personal PTO.
Like all companies, not good enough.
