Only good if you're full-time, in which case you accumulate vacation time, part timers only get 40 hours of PTO.

pto is not paid out at the end of the year. the end of the year is mostly blacked out of course due to holiday shopping and end of year corporate spending. first consideration goes to longevity so use it or lose it early and pay it back if you leave the company.
