Even part time gets some PTO but if you are part time you will never get more than 40 hours of PTO, in spite of how long you work for the company.
Pay rates are under market value. Insurance prices are expensive, 401 should be better. Employee discount are a joke.
I did not receive a benefits pacakage since I was part time. The only thing I got was a discount on products which I didn’t really take advantage of since their products are outrageously priced to begin with.

The benefits package is only available to full-time employees. You are able to pick and choose a package that best suits your needs but the prices are astronomical. Very little employer contribution.
Good paid time off. Health insurance, dental, and vision were good.
Health Insurance was in line with competitors. Different tiers to choose from. Little to no hassle after deductible and out of pockets were met (after major surgery). Short term is only 50% covered, can add, but only to 75%.
