Benefits kinda suck as part-time employee. you make 11 an hour. you don't get full benefits unless you're full time for about 9 months they will make you feel worthless if you don't add on protection plans or ink subs
I did not receive benefits because I was only part time. Was supposed to move into a managerial position, but waited for over a year and it never happened.
Even part time gets some PTO but if you are part time you will never get more than 40 hours of PTO, in spite of how long you work for the company.
Pay rates are under market value. Insurance prices are expensive, 401 should be better. Employee discount are a joke.
I did not receive a benefits pacakage since I was part time. The only thing I got was a discount on products which I didn’t really take advantage of since their products are outrageously priced to begin with.
401K PTO Employee Discounts Health Insurance I wish they had Tuition Reimbursement, they recently got rid of it.
Part Time positions only accumulate PTO after working with the company for at least a year.

The benefits package is only available to full-time employees. You are able to pick and choose a package that best suits your needs but the prices are astronomical. Very little employer contribution.
