Full time employees only get a yearly allocation of paid time off which is needed as working hours are routinely cut on weeks when sales are slow.

To get days off its a fight when you finally do get time they cut it short and call/text non stop. At the end of the year you end up loosing vacation days

OfficeMax had a great vacation and paid off time plan. They lumped all hours together in one bucket as opposed to having separate sick, vacation 8r personal days. I feel they were very generous with the amount of weeks given by your service date. For example someone working there 10 years would have 5 weeks off in total per year.
