Subpar insurance companies and plans.
High deductible was really expensive but they contribute $1,000 for family
Overall, health benefits were good.
Their so-called "premium" plan still left me with $1200 in medical bills I can't even afford to pay, so the "top grade" insurance through Aetna barely covered much, especially before reaching my deductible. Very disappointing.
Great plan for reasonable cost.
Lots of flexibility in their plan.
limited options on your benefits
The took us from an HMO, to a PPO, to a high deductible plan before I knew what hit me.
Freedom of choice and generous contribution to the high deductible plan.
The POS plan is competitive but the cost is much higher than most employers in our area. The high deductible plan is fine if you are health but will hurt you financially if you need medical benefits.
