Good benefits package and solid PTO allotment. There are a bunch of paid holidays as well including the days between Christmas Eve and New Years day.

Vacation isn’t bad if you can take it. Health insurance seems fine. Pension plan is an unusual perk where they put an additional 10% of your salary into a fund for you. Kind of nice, since you don’t have to pay into it out of your paycheck.
As interns we did not receive any of this. I still have to write a 20 word min answer, so bare with me here.
The only positive thing about this company is the benefits package. If you are grandfathered in, you will receive a pension if you stay for seven years. They will make your life miserable so you leave before vested.
