Overall, standard benefits were excellent.
Great PTO, below average health insurance
Ogilvy's benefits package leaves a lot to be desired.
Great benefits for a very reasonable price. They provide you a cell phone or reimbursement on your personal plan. Community benefits, on site gym for $30 (pre-tax) per year, dinner and cab if you work 11 hours, Physician Assistant and Nurse in on-site clinic, WPP employee perks and discounts.
Best thing is they're relevant! There is a nice range of perks from corporate museum passes to discounted tickets to retirement plans. The one thing there isn't, though, is paid overtime.
Cons: Health insurance coverage is not great. No formalized maternity leave policy yet (supposed to be forth coming) Pros: Winter Holiday Break (week long vacation across the company between Christmas and New Years). Summer Fridays (early leave on Fridays in the summer).
The best is the tons of vacation and time off
Ample vacation, holiday, personal, and sick days. They can be difficult to take though and do not rollover year to year. Four summer Friday office closures that extend holiday weekends are really nice.
Company perks like free museum access, free gym in the office (New York location)
Great benefits - 401k, stipends on gym and insurance. Above average with the salary package, although being in the Bay Area there are a ton of other more competitive benefits around when it comes to other employee perks.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
