There is a high deductable for insurance. They don't match your 401k
Attending team building events and integration with upper management
They do not have one. The insurance is so high one couldn't afford ATI have your family on it. No 401k you do get 1 week paid time off

There is no 401k at all. They have decent medical/dental benefits and continuously shop around for the best deals. You earn PTO days and vacation time, which you are allowed to take as long as ample notice is given.
the only good benefits are the free salon services for employees and product discounts otherwise all other personal life benefits like insurance and retirement are terribly cheap and not worth the investment.
