Amazing benefits for me and my kids. They are very affordable compared to other employers and you receive 3 weeks vacation after 3 years and 4 weeks after 10

Good 401k and profit sharing plan. Health insurance premiums are high.

Very good with diversity (gender/race/LGBTQ+ etc.). 401K plan with employer match (50% of up to 6% contributions), but only vested after 3 years (and who's gonna last that long). Tuition reimbursement very low not very useful if you actually want to go to school. 9 paid holidays a year, 8 days sick leave, 12 days PTO in your first 3 years. Paid parking or transit. Weekly or biweekly free lunch or snacks (not on a set schedule).

I love my job, but if I were to leave it would absolutely be due to just average benefits for staff. PTO = 12 days (17 after 3 years, 22 after 10), 8 sick days/year. You can roll over sick days & a certain percentage of PTO (3 days if you're under 3 years like myself). 401k is 50% match up to 6%. For an unmarried woman in her 20's, medical/dental/vision benefits are great, and there is a flex spending card option available. I believe maternity leave, however, is only 4 weeks. There is a tuition reimbursement program but it is only $2000/year. 9 holidays/year (MLK day but not President's day, but we get Christmas Eve & the day after Thanksgiving). In comparison to my former company and other companies, I think Ogletree provides average benefits for staff--I've seen better but I've also seen worse.

StarStarStarStarStar Current IT in Greenville, South Carolina

Overall good place to work. Investment in IT infrastructure is starting to come around. Benefits are good. Matching 3% 401k. 2 weeks vacation, 3 weeks after you've been there a couple years. Third year.
