Low health insurance premiums, tuition assistance plans, discounts for phones and auto/home insurance. They have financial hardship programs for employees as well as free counseling sessions for certain issues.
Expensive. No pay raises. Holiday pay is your hours worked that paycheck. They only do 64 hour full time. So u get 6.4 hours. Even when you pick up to 80 hours (which is what you have to do) . Everything is based off of 64 hours. They stated lunch is free but it's only available to 1st shift. The shift differential (including the lunch pay differential) is .25cents for 2nd and .50 for 3rd. 1st shift really makes out. They only the only ones offered lunch, they have amazing hours, and they are the only ones included in events/giveaways. 2nd and 3rd shift are completely left out.

Great benefits with vacation and paid time off, including your birthday. Contributions to 403B with growth potential. The company is very family and employee friendly. Great place to work!
The medical and dental are good. The PTO is nice as well.
The company offers 2 options for medical, dental and vision to fit the needs of employees. The premiums are based on annual earnings so those employees making the least, also pay the least for their benefits!
We have an unbelievably competitive benefits package depending on our employment status that includes medical, dental, vision, and 403b retirement savings with an employer match. We may also be eligible for life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, education assistance, and much more. Some of our locations offer free meals, child care, walking trails and fitness center access.
