they only match up to few percent.
The per-payroll match is okay, especially combined with the additional annual contribution, but the vesting period is absolutely insane. 3 year, all-or-nothing schedule. Stay with OhioHealth for a day less than 3 years and you’re 0% vested in the contributions. The incentive component is fine, but it should be a step approach, not a total cliff. Very, very unfair.

The 403B could use some enhancing. The match program is not very much.
