Discount perks offered from company for various companies. Health insurance has different payment tiers for in network and out of network care. So it pays to go to Ohiohealth doctors and EDs. Company matches 2% of annual pay for 403b contributions if less than 20 years and 3% if over 20 years.

They will only put in 2% match on retirement.
Great benefits at this place
It is unfortunate that they no longer offer wellness incentives and also that they charge a penalty for a spouse who can get coverage with their company.
