The worst thing about the benefits package is the options for healthcare
Great health insurance, 401k and work/life balance, bonus package on the weak side
Worst: Health Insurance only covers services provided by OhioHealth providers.
Insurance is expensive with high deductibles and you are very limited in choice of healthcare providers beyond OhioHealth providers.
Benefits are decent, health insurance premiums are a little pricey compared to what I’ve had in the past for covers that is less than stellar. High deductible on top of that has left me in a fair amount of debt since both my child and I have health issues.
Ohio Health gave us a great insurance package, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance. Ohio Health also had great PTO.
Very average. High-deductible health plan.
Great paid-time-off, maternity leave, flexible hours, retirement plan and HSA. Medical insurance is a bit expensive and 401 (k) match % is not as high as non-Healthcare industries.
health insurance for low income employers
Healthcare benefits package was surprisingly spartan considering the employer. Meager PTO and it's all combined.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
