“They have programs to help you decide on plan’s because it is pretty difficult to figure out , but once you’ve done it once it’s easier to understand”
“Lots of time available, hard to get approved for scheduled time off”
“Good pay with good benefits”
Best: good coverage health insurance and affordable Worst : took me three months to get all of my cards and coverage working
Discount perks offered from company for various companies. Health insurance has different payment tiers for in network and out of network care. So it pays to go to Ohiohealth doctors and EDs. Company matches 2% of annual pay for 403b contributions if less than 20 years and 3% if over 20 years.
403b program, doesn’t match employee contributions
They do not offer enough vacation time
Does anyone here work for OhioHealth and know if I get a job offer, if I can negotiate my pay or benefits? The salary they will be offering as well as benefits are much lower than other medical centers offered me, but I think the actual job is a better fit for me. Thanks!

Retirement is 2% company match
For a healthcare company, the benefits are extremely expensive!
They will only put in 2% match on retirement.
Great benefits at this place
It is unfortunate that they no longer offer wellness incentives and also that they charge a penalty for a spouse who can get coverage with their company.
Great benefits! Especially the asthma program.
