After company filed for bankruptcy the first time- things went downhill. I got 36 hours vacation after 2 years of full time employment, difficult to get when they cut your hours all the time.
I heard they have a health insurance program, but I didn't look that much into it. However, they have very flexible scheduling and if you want days off you are pretty much guaranteed to get them. Also get 50% meals and free drinks.
Best, employee discount, $3.00 per meal, paid vacations, one week per year after your year anniversary.' Worst, Poor, expensive healthcare

There bonus program is a joke. less than 20.00 per quarter a JOKE. Personal time off accrual 4 hours per month another joke
The worst thing would have to be the recent changes since "obmacare" took effect. Corporate directs managers to keep employee hours at 29 per week unless you were one of the four employees that corporate allowed to go over and if you are one of the under 29 hour group you will not get vacation hours
