Excellent benefits package. Paid vacation right after you are hired, with ability to earn an extra day off through wellness programs. Awesome 401k match and a ton of benefit options including health, dental, vision, life insurance, pet insurance, etc. ON also offers tuition reimbursement for employees who haven't yet attained an associates degree, with no service requirement. I have never worked for or heard of a company that offers so many great benefits even to their low level employees.

Was really good but things always change as in any other company. Health Insurance gets more expensive, less Profit Sharing, etc. They do best to keep up with what the market expects.

If you do not use your vacation time, it rolls over to the next year. You don't get that at most places!
Old National vacation policy is not competitive with other regional banks of equal size or smaller. In addition, their benefit costs are a little high and they adopted a policy in 2014 in which the greater your compensation the more expensive your medical insurance premiums would be.
