They are really good at keeping their employees covered with benefits. Not just health, but many others as well.
As a large employer, the benefits package was very fair and affordable. I appreciated how they took care of employees in that way.

Any time a co-worker had a minor or major emergency it was always easy to take time off to take care of it.
It's a pretty standard corporate package. Everything is just a little bit on the skinny side, 401(k) match, vacation/sick days, more medical co-pay than others, etc.
The benefit package was descent but not excellent. They offered several different medical plan options to meet different needs. Like many companies, their contribution seems to stay the same while employee costs go up. They do offer a match up to a percent on the 401k plan and a fair amount of vacation/sick/personal time along with most major holidays.
