    Job training is continuous--it's not just when you receive the job. Brand Associates frequently have mini trainings and check ins with the managers to make sure that you're on the right track.

    It's very superficial, they talk a lot about company culture but really they're just worried about insignificant things like not wearing your sunglasses on your head while you're stocking shelves. It's silly.

    It all depends on the store you go to, some stores have great hands on training to develop you into superstar associates or even management. Others will throw you onto the floor and you either sink or swim.
