some times you'll get sat in front of a computer. Everything else is done at the floor.
Job training is continuous--it's not just when you receive the job. Brand Associates frequently have mini trainings and check ins with the managers to make sure that you're on the right track.
I’ve been internally promoted since I started with the company so my training wasn’t the best. But I’m a firm believer in self development, if you want to know how to do something ask.
It's very superficial, they talk a lot about company culture but really they're just worried about insignificant things like not wearing your sunglasses on your head while you're stocking shelves. It's silly.
Very thorough process. I didn't feel rushed to learn everything at one
Best thing they teach you every thing to do good at the job but leave out your benefits and what perks you receive
They do not really focus a lot on training
They take the time to show you the ropes and make sure you're on task and know what you're doing over time.
lack of follow up during the training
It all depends on the store you go to, some stores have great hands on training to develop you into superstar associates or even management. Others will throw you onto the floor and you either sink or swim.
