    You get whatever hours you are available for, but, if you don't have much availability, sometimes you will not get scheduled at all.

    I would rather set hours 20-40 hour weeks After two weeks I would like to have 50-80 hour checks

    Easy to ask for time off if 2 weeks in advance.

    Definitely easy to ask for time off if you do it in advance but it's a little difficult asking for more hours.

    You can never really work more than 40 hours, and you can tell them when you'd prefer to work, though you usually have to give them a lot of advance to get weekends off

    Managers understood that most employees were in school or had families they had to take care of, so they were extremely flexible in scheduling as long as they were given notice about time needed off.
