Old Navy has the best discounts plus the cash back. Clearance is really the best because some items are 99 cent.
Best aspect of company is the new Paid Parental Bonding Leave that was rolled out at the end of 2018. Overall you receive 4 months of paid leave. You are able to use your PTO, short term disability (60% of pay for 6 weeks), and then paid bonding leave(100% of pay for the first 6 weeks and then an additional 50% of pay for 6 weeks.
Nothing bad to say about it, can't expect much with a company like this, so you go in with that mindset.
50% employee discount for not only Old Navy but for other sister stores as well. Could not be combined with any additional sales/offers.
Work your butt off to get some pto it's gonna take a while. Most benefits are hard to obtain.
The best benefit is heath insurance plans to choose from and pto.
Old Navy gives the employee discount (50%) to you and your spouse but no one else can use it and it excludes clearance. Old Navy also supplies snacks for big events/holidays such as black friday or christmas eve. They do pay you for your training as well. We also do this thing called adopting a family where we take in a family in need and all of us employees are to donate anything the family could use such as food or toys for the children, etc.
Great discounts (used to be better). Flexibility with schedule. I often pick up hours. Since I work part-time, I don't get benefits (but this would be the case with any retail job).
There is no benefits package at Old Navy unless you are salaried management. You only get sick time if your state requires it. They hire part-timers and have them work fulltime hours to avoid having to give benefits.
You receive 50% off the regular priced items at Old Navy and Gap.
