Old Navy has fantastic benefits! Great health insurance plans, great 401K options, and paid time off is the best I’ve seen in a retail company!
The employee discount is nearly unbeatable. 50% off regular priced merchandise (yes, all merchandise including lip balm, their skincare line, ELF makeup) in Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic. 25% off regular prices at Athleta as well. The Downsides: Employee discount is not valid online and Only used on regular prices (not on top of sales or on clearance pricing). Other than that, the benefits are few and far between. The company overall sends treats often to the stores, but the discount is really the only major benefit that part-time employees receive. It’s pretty good for a temporary, part-time employee, but not for the long haul.
They match your 401k, upper management eligible for bonus package, medical benefits are a little pricey but good nonethless. Holiday pay and OT are great
The best thing from benefits at old navy is the flexible hours and 50% employee discount.
50% off the regular price of any item excluding clearance. Old Navy is already an inexpensive store. The discount is incredible.
You only get benefits if your full time or if you've worked a certain amount of hours. I think its a 1,000 hours or so to get enrolled in the 401k program.
Working at Old Navy was horrible and you are mistreated
I did not work here long enough to know about the benefits because it was a seasonal job for the holidays. I did get a 20% discount.
- if you are part-time you don't get insurance or paid time off - time and a half on holidays like Christmas Eve - I believe you get discounts at certain gyms - you get a really great employee discount
Decent employee discount, but was difficult to use at stores other than your own. No benefits or anything like that for seasonal hires.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
