Old Navy PTO calendar is different from the actual Fiscal Year. So depending on what time of the year you start working with them, you have a prorated amount of PTO you will have until the restart of the benefits' year. But if you start don't have earned yet the time you need, you can borrow in advance.
The employee discount is great. But other than that, the hours are not so great if you're lucky you'll get scheduled 20 hrs a week. There is no room for growth at Old Navy.
