    I never got a chance to use it, but it didn't look all that great. I was expensive so I opted out.

    I did not use health insurance through Olive Garden so I am not aware of the pros nor the cons.

    best is that it is offered, worst is that it is not a lot considering todays marketplace.

    Expensive and doesn't cover much, at least at the lower employee tier.

    Never officially had HS through them, but every employee that I talked to said the quality of coverage remarkably decreased over the past five years or so.

    You have to be working at least 30 hours a week on average (which is monitored over the course of a year, so you're probably not getting insurance that first year) and even then it doesn't cover much.
