StarStarStarStarStar Former Host/Buser in Houston, Texas

Job training process was very good to be honest probably one of the best experiences I experienced while having the whole job. Requires 2 days of closing and 2 days of opening so an employee knew how to perform these things whenever it was their turn to be scheduled in the morning and afternoon or working all day doesnt matter preparing the employees for tasks they had to do while opening and closing.

maybe the trainers should actually know how to do their jobs

StarStarStarStarStar Former Busser/Server-Assistant in San Francisco, California

If you are provided training under the right wings and circumstances you are lucky as there is no structure when it came to my training, only being tossed around to shadow people which can make things seem overly-intimdidating.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Front of House Team Member in Greenville, North Carolina

This location will get people who have never worked a position to train a new employee in that position. Like have a waiter train a host or vice-versa. It's crazy. The training is not completed on the same accord for each position. Like they don't want to follow the employee guidelines within the handbook. Thus, you get employees that don't know most of what they should know for their position.
