You're not going to find a benefits package more comprehensive. Their PTO policy alone it outstanding. Year end bonuses are very generous as well.
The benefits package is based on the parent company offering, which does not come close to what OW's direct competitors offer. The health insurance in particular is extremely expensive.
Strengths: Multiple options for health, dental and visions; 401K matching and firm contribution (replaced pension plan). Could be improved: complexity of options and different contact numbers for different issues.

We are a global company but I will confine my comments to the U.S. Oliver Wyman has a full range of benefits: health insurance--several plans from which to choose depending on your personal circumstances, Vision & Dental insurance, Life, Disability, Accident Insurance. 401k with company match. Even Pet Insurance! There are also several programs and resources for mental & physical health under the banner of "Healthy Me" & "Well Being at Work" or the Employee Assistance Programs. Further, there are great financial advisory services to help us plan our Financial Health (Financial Engines, Ayco Advisory Services). It's a key goal of the company to ensure we have the tools for financial success in both the short & long term. Parental leave is quite good (even for adoptive parents). Vacation is competitive and Flexible working arrangements abound. The parent company, MMC, is also part of a network for discounts on arts, museums, travel, phones, computers--very handy.
