“Plentiful and flexible PTO was great.”
“Very accommodating to new parents. They provide nursing rooms for mothers and never give a problem about time away to handle those responsibilities. Generous leave policy as well.”
“Cheap for me and accepted everywhere.”
Last year, added new "recharge days" in addition to vacations/holidays in which entire OW regions take a few days off every few months to disconnect.
Great benefits but not when compared to MBB
Comprehensive, but could be more visionary with the offering. Communication about what's included wasn't always clear.
Health insurance has a high premium and high deductible, 401k matching is good but long vesting period
Very nice offices. Good technology benefits and PTO (including options for flexible, long-term unpaid leave if desired). Okay 401(k) match, mobile phone benefit, and other benefits.
Industry standard benefits are offered
Basic standard benefits, nothing amazing or special. Start out with 15 vacation days in the US, have to have 5 years’ tenure to earn another 5 vacation days which is below industry benchmarks and less than with previous employers where I had 20 days regardless of tenure. Maternity leave is good compared to non-consulting companies but also not as good when benchmarked against other consulting firms.
Insurance was top tier for role.
Multiple medical plan options available to choose from.
Great perks - discounts, maternity/paternity leave, work from home is flexible on Fridays. Ok health insurance
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
