“Pro: 17 days of PTO per year managers are typically very understanding and encourage taking PTO's in off-season for projects Recharge days are amazing and outside of standard PTO's (love mgmt for approving this) Con: lower exam study time than most insurance companies”
“you get 6 months of full salary paid for. Paternity leave I think you get 1 or 2 months I'm uncertain. Company is quite flexible if you require additional time. ”
“Staff can get insurans for for family company also give RM 1000 a years for medical claim for staff”
Good and comprehensive benefits; variety of health-related options, including health insurance and FSA
The company has added numerous recharge holidays over the past two years, improving what had been a mediocre vacation policy. Time-off can often be negotiated too. Very flexible about WFH although trying to encourage people to come back to the office more. On the downside, health insurance is pretty pricey, which seems to suit partners rather than staff.
average benefits package with standard 401k matching, health insurance, PTO's
Very complete benefits. Excellent overall

Great employee stock purchase program, recently enhanced parental leave, and recharge days
It’s okay, quick response with flexibility
Health benefits severely lacking, because OW is tied to MMC which makes the options available much more limited.
Good benefits but some don’t start until after 1 year
Best thing is great coverage. Worst thing is it's extremely expensive to cover your spouse...more than double.
Insurance options e.g. offers group umbrella
