- Maternity & Paternity Leave(8 comments)
“Very generous, topping up with more days off than state regulated as well as soft re-integration once back to work”
- Health Insurance(7 comments)
“Mostly high deductible health plans or high premium PPOs. Networks are good but employee costs are not, especially as compared to other top consulting firms.”
Great benefits package. On par or above competitors.
Not as strong as competing consulting firms, esp for healthcare
WFH option was thoughtful since we have to travel often.
Good 401K match but could do better on the health plan

The benefits are pretty comparable to anything you’d see in the industry.
Medical benefits have high OOP
Good perks for Full Time Employees
could get us better deals on health insurance, but I love that OW pays for the annual fee of one personal credit card
Great 401k match plus post-tax options and ample PTO make this a very compelling option.
Consistent with other consulting firms but not as robust as tech companies. At the time I was there, you only received maternity leave pay after your first year w/ the company, which surprised me.
