Lost 6 years of 401k cause they “ lost” it. Why is that my problem!? Salary workers don’t really get paid vaca cause it gets used if you don’t have 40 hrs 1 week but had 85 the previous week...
PTO instead of sick days. Worst. Bonus. Not fair one person above u decides and fir some if he doesn't like you you get zilch. Hardest workers end up with little or nothing a lot...,
I love Olsson's PTO program but others do not. Your sick days are merged in with your vacation days. Since I never get sick, I get a lot of fun days off. You earn more PTO hours over the years and Olsson lets you carry a certain number of hours over each year. Health insurance is nothing flashy but suitable. Olsson offers more than one option so you can choose a high deductible plan and save on monthly costs. They contribute to flex spending or HSA if you participate. Dental insurance covers next to nothing and needs to be improved. 401K is solid and Olsson matches a percentage each year. The company also offers an ESOP program for additional retirement benefit. The company is employee owned but you have to be one of the top dogs in a company of over a thousand people to own any stock. Olsson does not offer maternity leave which frustrates a lot of employees.
Dont let the hardest workers get time off even for medical reasons. U leaves early everyday
I don't receive full-time benefits, but there is a lot of incentives for the people who do and I have never heard any complaints.
Olsson has an average health insurance package and a good 401K package. Profit sharing is available through the ESOP program. Paid Time Off is good. Standard holidays. NO PAID MATERNITY LEAVE. Base pay in Colorado is very below average.
