Decent High deductible with a not so high deductible. 4k per family. Downside, getting carried away with Wellness.
Employee contributions are rising annually
the complete package of benefits across all areas.
The plan provider is changing to CIGNA next year. The rates are creeping up, but I believe the corporation is doing a good job trying to keep the increase to the minimal.
Premiums keep going up and coverage seems to diminish

We offer good and not so great health plans - it depends on your price point.
I chose the High deductible to keep it affordable , but if I require anything major, this would be a hardship to pay the high deductible, they do contribute to the HSA, but that will not cover it all , but a lot of companies chose this option now
The Health Insurance policies offered are ok
