Benefits at Olympus are comparable to any large corporation. Olympus recently implemented a flexible work arrangements program (e.g. telecommuting, flex hours, etc). This was very much needed because the company was behind the times. However, all flex arrangements must be approved by your manager, so telecommuting etc. is not guaranteed.
