Great healthcare and some meaningful perks. Omada really wants to take care of employees!
No 401k match, not generous with stock options.
There is no 401k match
Monthly fresh fruit and veggie reimbursement was a really nice benefit.
Unlimited PTO, HSA contributions, 401k plan (no matching), healthy lunches and snacks, reimbursement for professional development expenses (books, conferences, courses), equity performance bonus. Free participation in the program for you as well as friends/family.
Great benefits, 401k, medical insurance
I love the benefits package at Omada. I pay $0 for health insurance, and roughly $10 month for dental and vision combined. The health insurance plans are amazing, too. The culture is also a huge benefit. Omada practices what it preaches in terms of health-- company running group, meditation sits, in-office massages, volunteer activities, etc. Omada also offers healthy meals daily, including DIY breakfast (fruit, yogurt, and other healthy supplies galore), a salad bar, and Munchery dinner. Lastly, Omada encourages its employees to take PTO as much as needed.
The benefits at a health company are great, and the flexibly of work is awesome.
Quasi-unlimited-time off. Depending on your manager it was unlimited, other managers I've heard keep track. Others have policies about no more than 5 consecutive days for full time, etc. Best to ask your manager specifically than a recruiter or HR.
Health coverage is paid in full for me as a single person. There's an authentic emphasis on health here. I'd like fitness classes and gym memberships to be reimbursable to round out that mission.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
