Good benefit with health vision. Dental
not many holidays, sick and vacation pto lumped together, so not that many.
Company perks! Hotel Discounts, 401k.
The benefits at the Omni are pretty good. Pay isn’t great, they have the opportunity to be one of the best in the business, which would help keep turn over low. Performance based raises (ex: pay raise after probation period or you go out of your way to excel) aren’t a thing. The whole company gets a % raise, and it’s not enough. 3%? That’s a joke.
Employee insurance for Management doesnt give you options to select other options for insurances provided.
They offer medical dental and life insurance. they also offer pet insurance.
Multiple health insurance options, 401k, PTO/vacation, sick leave, employee discounts are offered
401k, PPO, PTO and associate rates.
They have great insurance!! Very easy to follow of the medical dental vision plan!
