6 weeks paid maternity leave is offered which is a huge benefit along with 401K matching.
You earn a free season ski pass for yourself and a decent discount on lift tickets for friends and families. The discounted tickets are only valid on Weekdays, and exclude the best holidays weeks/weekends. People come up to visit you at work all the time because you got them the cheap pass!
