Omni did a lot to improve medical benefits a little over a year ago. Other than that, it is pretty standard stuff that is offered. Flexible work hours are nice too.
ESOP is not real. You have no real say in what takes place.
Standard offering, options available at additional employee cost. Nothing remarkable. Some options are not available for all employees.
It's a well rounded selection of the usual benefit stuff, health, dental, life, vision, etc. There are some complaints about options but , in all, it's pretty good.
Pretty standard Health, Vision and Dental plans. 401k plan is offered, however the match is an annual discretionary match. 100% employee owned company - ESOP. Only one PTO bucket, which covers vacation, sick, holidays (have to submit time out of lump sum for holidays), etc.
