Benefits available- not the worst - not the best
The best thing is vacation time off. From the beginning, you receive one day per month. (12 days per year). Health insurance is lacking and very expensive through this employer.
To offset cost of insurance many people have to find other jobs to cover or they do not go to the doctor at all until they are very ill and miss more time than necessary.
Not much to like here in terms of benefits. Really expensive rates for very minimal coverage.
Health Insurance was decent. They offered Dental, Vision, and Health. With the salary base there you really can't afford to invest in a 401K plan. You were under paid for mileage. You can easy travel 1000-2000 miles on with your vehicle each month. Paid mileage was usually around forty cents per mile. They offer working from home but you are not paid the first 50 miles of traveling each day. Hours are not as flexible since Omni Vision took over. You accumulate 1 day each month of vacation which you have to use before the end of the year. You accumulate 1 day each month of sick time which you can carry over each year but there is a limit.
I don't qualify for benefits even though I have a disability
Terrible Benefits... there are no raises and no bonuses. They stated in the interview and job description that they are bonus eligible, but bonuses have been on a freeze company wide since 2009
Too expensive, didn't cover much of anything.
High deductible plan, premiums too high for most employees to manage.
