The health insurance was not great. You paid high premiums like every other company plan. It was substantially worse for larger families and those with health conditions.

The deductible is very high, they have prescription benefits, and I haven't fully needed my insurance since I have become eligible.

That it only covered the bare minimum which was preventive care only. I would not have minded that if I had gone on to be hired by Omnicare as a regular employee but Omnicare had been bought out by CVS and everyone at the downtown headquarters was laid off.

sub par. Limited coverage. High out of pocket.

Atrociously expensive. Most expensive plan is 1000 dollar deductible and must be used in network. Least expensive plan is 5000 dollar deductible for single person, increases exponentially with dependents. After deductible is met plan is only 80/20 coverage.

I am not sure what is the best or worst thing about Omnicare's health care benefits. They probably offer comperable benefits that other companies offer.
