“CVS owns Aetna so health insurance is a good deal. ”
“Available in a lump sum at beginning of year”
“There is a 5% matching with the option to purchase discounted stock.”
Best part was the 5% match on 401K
Pretty good health insurance package.
Good benefits, CVS discounts, benefits after 90 days
1 month full salary while on maternity leave.
The 401k match is excellent--one of the best I've received. The vacation package is standard. The reason I am giving 3 stars was when I worked for Omnicare the health insurance for a family was incredibly expensive, and they only offered high deductible plans. I was also upset that I was not given this information prior to being hired. The recruiter told me they did not provide numbers. I assumed the increase in my salary would be more than enough to cover the health insurance from my previous employer. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was on the lowest deductible plan when I had a baby and even after paying a significant amount in premiums for my family (over $8k annually), I still owed a deductible of $3k+ and an out of pocket max of $6k. While I enjoyed my tenure with Omnicare as I had a lot of opportunity for professional development and made life long friends, I left for a different employer with better health benefits because the cost of health care completely nullified the salary increase.
Best: Generous PTO, Worst: Inflexible Schedule
The benefits would be considered ok for a non salary position. You don't accrue much pto for the amount of work you put in.
Great Benefits, 401 K match. Medical insurance is decent and cheaper than my husbands employer.
Benefits are great. Love the benefits
Great 401K match and PTO based on years of service
