401k Match is limited to $3,000 per year.
The benefit package is pretty good however, in comparison to other tech companies in the Silicon Valley, it falls a little short. If you are coming from a run of the mill company you will most likely find the package generous.

Company does a great job at continually trying to build a solid benefit portfolio. Strong Stock Purchase program, excellent health insurance program, excellent education reimbursement program and more. Weakness of the benefit package is on the 401K side - below average contribution although the ESPP plan makes up for the difference.
Overall, a good benefits package. The longer you stay, the more time off you accrue. Salaries are lower than the industry average and always have been.
It used to be a small customer satisfaction driven company where everybody knew each other no matter what you did or where you did it. Now it's just about the money status of stock.
Best is the ESPP. Guaranteed 15% on the money you put in and over time I wS able to double my input in 6 months because of 2 year look back.
