There is no company contribution towards healthcare its so expensive. There is no sick leave and the healthcare packages don't cover anything.

company benefits are poor as they do not have the buy power th e larger corporations have to negotiate good medical coverage.. they have a high deductible plan.. it was nearly $1000 a month to cover the family with a huge deductible to meet.
First year employment employees do not receive any vacation or sick days, which is not uncommon. Better to be hired with an individual health insurance plan as the company's is expensive with little coverage.

Company perks im not too sure of. The benefits package included a option to have healthcare through their provider that wasnt the greatest honestly. I didnt hear of any bonuses either.
