Great options, fairly priced, offers life and accidental insurance. Provides awesome support (Human Resources) for clarity and documentation. Can access all information online within proprietary human resources management software.

It's through Cigna. Unfortunately, the copay is 20% of the cost, which sucks, but other than that, it's a good plan.

It gets auto-deducted from your pay, which is a small benefit.

I have a philosophical disagreement with HDHPs in general. I find it to be an easy and cynical way for a company to save money and shift the burden of healthcare costs onto employees. A company our size and profits can afford to pay more into our healthcare. Our HDHP and HSA punish older and/or sicker workers while younger and/or healthier workers can use an HSA as an extra retirement account to no detriment. You financially punish sick workers while healthy workers get free money.

Lots of health insurance offered by Cigna, however the HSA proved rather no-so useful for how much it costs per month.

    Very High Deductible HSA plan

The insurance is through Cygna which has a decent network in Dallas, but the in-network doctors are generally bad. Most are pretty mediocre and I'd rather go to doctors I trust and spend a bit more than use theirs
