Omnitracs offers a competitive comprehensive benefits package, including a variety of programs for eligible employees and their eligible family members.
Best thing is 25 days of PTO. Health insurance is good but not the best. Company’s 401K contribution could have been better. Education assistant program is also there. Overall nice benefits package company offer.
Best thing is the 5 weeks of PTO to start with 9 holidays and 2 floating holidays. The worst thing is the expensive insurance plan with a very high deductible... however we do have a HSA.
There is 401k for the company.
Good and extensive total rewards package
Great PTO policy if you get to take it all
Very generous new PTO policy, maternity leave would be nice to have.
Technically there is a benefits package, but many parts are lacking. High deductibles, only high deductible plan is available, 401k matching is okay. They did start offering five weeks of paid time off for all employees, which is great, but many people struggle to use it.
Very high deductible and out-of-pocket medical plan.
Benefits in general are okay, not bad but not amazing: 1) PTO at 5 weeks is generous. 2) No paternity/maternity leave. 3) HDHP plan is expensive and company doesn't contribute much (amount seems to go down year after year). If you're single, young, and healthy its a good plan...but if you're not, our health insurance gets very expensive very fast. 4) 401k options via Fidelity are good but contribution could be higher and it is yearly-only if you're employed on 12/31 at EOY.
401k Plan is pretty good. Some managers show visual dislike for you using too much PTO.
