    Technically there is a benefits package, but many parts are lacking. High deductibles, only high deductible plan is available, 401k matching is okay. They did start offering five weeks of paid time off for all employees, which is great, but many people struggle to use it.

    Benefits in general are okay, not bad but not amazing: 1) PTO at 5 weeks is generous. 2) No paternity/maternity leave. 3) HDHP plan is expensive and company doesn't contribute much (amount seems to go down year after year). If you're single, young, and healthy its a good plan...but if you're not, our health insurance gets very expensive very fast. 4) 401k options via Fidelity are good but contribution could be higher and it is yearly-only if you're employed on 12/31 at EOY.

    The work environment is very laid back. The people are great to work with and there is very little drama here.

    Good PTO and holidays. 0% paid maternity & paternity leave and not enough rollover allowance unless you're in CA to cover that. Health coverage good but high monthly cost considering the deductible is so high. 360 reviews coming--will be great and hopefully weed out bad managers. Only 3 sick days (MD law says 5 minimum). Should boost it for all of us since it was reduced before anyway. Took away monthly phone bill pay from a lot of employees.

    Vacation time was removed in recent years and is now Paid Time Off. Personal days were also removed. Sick days were dramatically reduced to only 3 per year.
