Great PTO, benefit package is good
Very basic, high decutible package. Cost of benefits went up significantly after aquisition.
They have a very generous PTO package
The best part about the benefits package is the 6 weeks paid time off you are eligible to accrue within your first year.
Omnitracs provides benefits that are comparable to other large software companies.
The PTO Accrual is fair
They offer a very good amount of PTO, I think the insurance benefits are pretty good, and extra perks like commuter or phone reimburse are nice to have.
Health plan was pretty strong
PTO plan is pretty standard, scaling with your years of service. Health plans are limited and mostly involve a High Deductible with HSA. Prescription plan recently changed and no longer covers as much. There is a donation match to the charity of your choice as well as paid volunteer hours. Educational help is available for qualified employees. Other benefits are standard.
