    Insurance, it doesn't pay for much. It's a high deductible plan and they keep reducing the employer contribution.

    We do have 401K and Healthcare. Not what it was under Qualcomm. But still appreciate having decent health care. I don't like that you have to stay till end of December to get the match for the 401K. It seems more and more companies are going this direction.

    They have 10% benefit yearly depending on the sale . PTO is 3 weeks which is really good. And they do have Insurance and 401k.

    good time off benefits policy. You get 40 hours to start and then begin accruing more. you can also carry 40 hours over into the next year.

    Include "free" DART pass and HSA. Can go negative on PTO hours which can be beneficial if needed/emergencies.

    -401(k) match is not competitive to the industry as a whole, and they only match yearly AND if you are employed on 12/31 of that calendar year. -PTO amounts was recently lowered, now its just 3 weeks a year to cover BOTH sick and vacation together. It used to be 2 weeks sick and 2 weeks vacation. -We have a Cigna HDHP with a HSA, so beware depending on your healthcare needs. Our HSA provider has changed too many times over the past few years I've lost count. But company contribution to HSA is appreciated, but still expect a lot of out-of-pocket nevertheless. Dental and Vision coverage is excellent however. -Company has a very liberal work from home policy but ONLY if your manager allows it, mine does not so I get to enjoy our loud and chaotic open office space. -Company pays for free DART pass or offers $50 monthly subsidy to park downtown. The parking subsidy is provided by a third-party and sometimes can be a pain to get reimbursed. -Company business travel reimbursement policy is very generous, even includes alcohol which many other companies prohibit. -Excellent education reimbursement can be used for college courses and professional development, up to 4k a year.
