    Good health insurance, pretty solid 401k for an entry level position. Very fair contributions for the full menu of benefits including health, dental, accident, optical, and 401k. Vacation PTO and sick days are also a plus granting 2 weeks for the year.

    The have a high deductible co-insurance which is very not helpful at all. You must meet your out of pocket deductible in order for them to help with anything, even pharmaceuticals. However, they have a great HSA account and the company contributes to it a decent amount to offset your out of pocket cost.

    They company 401K match happens after the completion of the year. So If you leave before, you loose it. Also the Paid leave balance gets lost if you don't use it every year.

    They offer health insurance through Cygna. I have worked here for a year and a half and the HSA bank has changed three times. They match 50% of the first 6% of your 401k contribution, which is okay but you have to be here on December 31st to receive that contribution. The vacation and sick time used to be good but they've taken that away. You used to have unlimited sick time (as needed) and you could bank up to twice your annual vacation accrual. Now your vacation expires on December 31st with the exception of up to 40hrs carrying into January and expiring at the end of that month. We also get three sick days per year and must use our vacation time after that. The email announcement said the company was "excited" to roll out this new plan. They're the only ones.

    Vacation plan has been reduced and its a use it or lose it plan. The health benefits although competitive has changed to be supplemented vs full coverage

    401k matching occurs at the end of the year for current employees. Health insurance is a high deductible, high max out of pocket plan with a health savings account.

    They recently made all time PTO instead of vacation and sick time. In line with the industry but still a pain to manage.
