The best thing about the benefits package at On Lok is that there is free medical and free dental for employees.

Glad that they contributed to the 403B. Wished that they had better benefits in terms of Vacation days and I wished they would over both PTO or education days. Lastly, the number of flexible holidays was limited to just one day meaning that for my religious faith, I had to use part of the precious little vacation days per year to observe my holidays. .
The health insurance offered by United Healthcare is fantastic. As a single guy, I pay very little in premiums, have no deductible and very small out of pocket payments for nearly all health related appointments/procedures.

Quite generous benefits package for a non profit except vacation which starts with 2 weeks. For staff under old system they can earn up to 5 weeks per year.
