    Basic server training. Got to eat different foods to learn about them both at the beginning of server training and when speciality foods were introduced. Speciality drinks were also allowed to be tried by employees over 21.

    Maybe once or twice a year they go over new materials, menus, procedures, and policies.

    Training took 7 days before you were given a section. The servers who were training did nothing but tell you to read the menu. Nothing was hands on. No training on the Aloha System at all.

    Each meal is very customizable, so you need to know all the different options. The computer system has short abbreviations for each item which you will need to prove you know well enough before you start serving.
