Employee Discount was worth it
The worst part of my experience would be that the management system had no idea what they were doing, hence why the location I worked at is now closed.
There is none for servers unless you’re full time and work there for a while
expensive but many different options for a packaged deal
Insurance package very competitve and clearly defined and had good information systems at my access. Nice 401k match. AD let managers back their weekly days off to their vacation to allow for 9 days off. If store was performing well, management schedules were consistent and effort made to maximize quality of life for managers.
No benefits to speak of other than nice pay and free food.
In my position, there were few benefits. If you sold a certain amount worth of food, you could get a small percentage off an order for yourself for that day only. They did train you during a period of about 2 weeks at the very beginning of employment. The GM expected employees to come in, even with contagious illness, which is not a good practice around so much food.
Don't have or know of benefits for hourly FOH employees.
50% off food was great.
didn't actually cover my health need
