Free lunches are part of the past. Snacks are there, but who knows for how long.
There used to be food, now there is just empty shelves. Feels highly disingenuous to say that OnDeck has a "fully stocked kitchen".
OnDeck has a refrigerator stocked with low quality cold cuts that could feed approximately five to ten people. Meanwhile there are at least a hundred employees in the office. It is purely a gimmick to make the company look like they care about their staff.
There is always a fully stocked kitchen.
