The worst part of the benefits package is the price of the health insurance. I have a family plan so it’s more expensive than the others. However, the health plan is great in covering a vast majority of healthcare needs and the prescription insurance pays for all of my family’s medicine all or nearly in full. The dental, vision, life, 401(k), ad&d, etc are all great too. They also have incentive programs for various avenues.
Oncor has excellent Benefits ranging from affordable health insurance, HSA/Flex spending options, and paid time off. Great environment to work and they are constantly rewarding their employees with gifts and bonuses.
Oncor has great benefits. They have a more than one option for health, and if one is willing to commit to living a healthy lifestyle, a great incentive program. I was very happy with the benefit package here.
Very nice benefit program. One of a few companies that offered a pension and retirement plans.
Healthy habit incentives are a direct contribution to your paycheck or HSA account. Company perks such as appliance purchase plan are great too.
Best thing about benefits - Healthy habit incentives and company perks such as appliance purchase plan are an addition to already good benefits.
Great health insurance(medical, dental, vision), 401K matching, 2 weeks PTO and it is optional to buy an extra week
Employee contributions are very high for medical and coverages are much much less than most other companies. Life insurance is reasonable.
Vacation is based on years of service not job grade. The insurance package is one of the worst. Far from a standard style.
401(k) is very standard, 50% match up to 6% of employee contributions. Company car and self-management/scheduling of your day. PTO was average.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
