Best thing they have a pretty good large coverage. Bad thing, they have terrible mental health selections for those suffering and needing a therapist.
One call care management do offer 401k and Paid time Off but no sick days or Vacation time.
They offer everything. Health for yourself is decently priced but family is very expensive
At least health insurance is offered but it seems to change every year.
The company had a very generous and comprehensive benefits package, including 401k matching.
They have a good 401k matching program
The best thing about the One Call benefits is probably the paid time off. They start you at a pretty decent amount. This is a newer change and, unfortunately, this change coincided with a reduction in PTO for the more tenured members, so it appears to be a means to get people in the door. The worst thing is the health insurance. Choose from a low deductible plan that is exorbitantly priced and increasing in price every year or get a high deductible plan that is low cost, mostly useless, and increasing in price every year. I had to apply for financial assistance for my medication.
The vacation days given are a decent amount.
401k with matching, health, dental, vision, PTO and many lunches provided per goals met.
Good 401K match with full vesting after 5 years in the plan.
