    You start with 2 weeks and move up based on time with company

    Maximum of 4 weeks. you get 3 weeks upon hire and it takes 10 years to get the other 5 days

    Starts off pretty good, but you have to earn everything before you can spend PTO. There are no advances. You cannot cash out PTO at the end of the year. You can carry over only 40 hours to the next year and those hours expire in April of the next year. NO sick days. You must use PTO. If you are absent unplanned for 24 total hours in a year, you will be FIRED. No question.

    The PTO isn't bad. You also get three floating holidays to use a year as you choose, doesn't have to be for a holiday.
