The company discount was by far the biggest perk prior to the Bed Bath and Beyond acquisition. This was greatly reduced (as were other benefits) once the company was purchased.
Health care plan was great and well subsidized
401(k) match is lost if you leave company mid-calenday year, medical benefits continue to increase in cost, office snacks no longer provided, "unlimited" time off is completely at the discretion of your manager, employee discount varies by time with company, salaries are under market standard in most departments
Benefits are being taken away. Good health care but has gotten worse since Bed Bath and Beyond acquired them.
Great perks like unlimited time off and snacks in the office
We have a full kitchen with snacks and a great flexible time off vacation policy
Although the company offers benefits the time off is very min. The process to submit time off request is ridiculous, the company offers only one month prior to the month you would like to use paid time off or vacation so you can not plan a family trip buy plane tickets ahead of time go to a family reunion. you might not get the time off approved. They give you three occurrences a year. you do not get any sick time excused with a dr. note. medical good
I am a freelance worker so I can not speak much on this. However, they are very much into a work/private life balance.
Paid time off and good medical coverage are strong perks of One Kings Lane's benefit package.
Amazing benefits, best in class!
