could be better in separating vacation from sick
You accrued about a day per month, however barely allowed to take time off.
Very accommodating for time off and if an emergency happens they really try their best to make sure you have the time you need.
Employees have discretionary vacation and sick leave that amounts to 21 days. The number of days grows, the longer the employee remains with the company.
Company believes in employees taking PTO; 3 weeks during first 2 years, 4 weeks beginning after year 2
