    Good amount of vacation time. Very flexible work arrangements including work from home and flexible hours when needed.

    They have an on-site medical clinic with free wellness visits and some free or cheap medications. In addition to the 401k they offer a defined benefit (pension) plan in which you're completely vested after five years. There are also quarterly bonuses based on company performance. Dental and vision plan premiums are very cheap. The only medical plans available though are high deductible plans in which you pay ALL of the medical costs until you reach the deductible. The company makes a small initial deposit into a health savings account (HSA) and additional very small deposits for meeting wellness goals.
