Time was average and had to plan way ahead, also they didn't give the week of christmas and new years off as most companies do

Unlimited PTO and Working from home. Used to be very frowned upon with old managers but the new management is much better about it as long as you are doing well/decently. Plus your quota gets reduced (for inbound SDRs) if you take PTO. Very happy, very satisfied.

A culture where most people feel they have to work on their vacations. They have an unlimited vacation which is a fancy way of saying " we don't want you to take vacation." They have weird rules on how many day to give notice to take a vacation for each vacation day taken. They are unsure about long vacations such as one to a few weeks because they don't know how to deal with them. It is always the wrong time to take a vacation so most people take shorter mini vacations, work through their vacation or feel awkward for requesting vacation.

Excellent. "Unlimited" but that's a bit of a farce.
