We get Medical, dental, and vision coverage for which the company makes a substantial contribution, but I think my favorite things are the 40% HSA contribution up to $1,200 per year, and the $50 per month Company Kitchen stipend. The company picnic sounds pretty sweet, but I haven't yet had the occasion to attend.
Offer benefits, decent place to work
Good medical insurance is just costly.
Too expensive and lost full time status due to a transfer
The expense of the mandatory insurance packages. It was almost nil or very overpriced. The one that offered more was over 200 a month.
This company offered a mediocre 401K, and health benefits, from what I can recall; however, I believe the sales agents get better benefits, if I'm not mistaken.
Benefits was not great at this company. The only thing provided was Life Insurance. Your wages was so low in the position. You couldn't afford for them to take your benefits from your pay. You wouldn't be able to get a pay check for the medical benefit deduction which is like you are working for free.
The company covers the majority of the cost of the health benefits if you enroll and pay the remaining percentage and you get free life insurance and paid time off if full time
Commissions for TSR and Sales representatives is competitive, and significantly boosts income. I'm not familiar with the healthcare benefits, but the 401k offered is excellent. They provide access to a financial advisor partnered with the company, and match your contributions. Paid Time Off is accrued at varying rates based on length of employment, and increases significantly after just a few years. They take an active interest in employee health, and have a wellness consultant available, as well as frequently offering competitions or activities to keep employees active and healthy. A free membership is provided to a fitness streaming service, and discounts are available for meal planning or meal delivery services.
401K is good up to 4% and work from home is good too.
