Benefits are wonderful and have flexible packages.
The benefits don't compare to the tech industry, or the tech industry in the Portland Metro area at all! Both smaller and larger companies are offering much better benefits packages, especially on healthcare.
The health insurance is honestly pretty bad which is surprising considering how competitive everything else is. The premiums are insane and they only offer high deductible plans with the lowest deductible being $3,000 for a single person. They also do not allow you to add coverage for a spouse if they can take insurance with their employer, so forget about secondary insurance to help with medical expenses. Additional benefits are nice, like the on-site gym. But if you don't work in Muncie (half of us don't), they don't offer any type of supplemental gym membership options. They offer that you can come to Muncie and work out but obviously that's not feasible for remote workers.
work from home is great
They offer a decent 401k and provide PTO and health insurance. The health insurance is a joke and super expensive.
Bare minimum coverage's through their HDHP plan with a very small contribution to an HSA.
