ONTRAPORT really cares about it's employees and does their best to offer great benefits that everyone will use. For example, they saw that employees weren't using their health insurance benefits, so decided to offer an HSA plan where they give you $1000 for the account if you choose that option! They also provide breakfast, lunch and two snack breaks every day, half days on Friday's, and on-campus day care for little tots! The only benefit they're missing is a 401k matching plan, but they do offer 401ks and set up, etc. and all of the insurance is great! Oh, they also offer a lot of extra maternity and paternity leave + unlimited PTO!

Health insurance was miserable. Premiums were expensive and didn't even pay much toward actual bills.
The three best benefits at ONTRAPORT are the free catered breakfasts/lunch/snacks every day, free child care (for those that have kids), and unlimited PTO.
Company has just recently opened a FREE child day care for pre-preschool children of employees. This is amazing! What a huge benefit!
Free food(breakfast and Lunch) Free Shirt, Standard Start up perks. As far as the actual insurance goes I am currently fighting a 900 dollar bill that should have been covered so I will hold my judgement until after this is resolved.
Catered breakfast and lunch means you don't really have a choice on what to eat. The office's location isn't close to any restaurants, so to get anything else means you're driving at least 15-20 mins round trip. It's a first world problem, but if there was a negative, this would be it.
Best: Unlimited PTO, meal program
Company trips were always 1/2 off because management would front the other half. Full medical, dental and eye insurance. After two years of employment you get stock options.
